Welcome to My Little House in Moraira, a little paradise in the Mediterranean
This is a small villa in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean coast, Moraira, ideally located in a residential area from which you can walk in a few minutes (about 300 metres) to the beaches of La Ampolla and Playetes as well as the picturesque town centre of Moraira with its attractive marina, beautiful beaches and variety of shops, markets and restaurants, offering a wide choice for every pocket.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and is distributed as follows:
- Living - dining room with large windows and high ceilings that transmit spaciousness and well being.
- Kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, nespresso capsule coffee machine, ...
- Bathroom with shower
- 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200) and the other with a large bed (160x200). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs for eating and enjoying the good weather all year round.
There is also a corner with sofas to enjoy the outside. The garden with its trees is the perfect place for hot days or for barbecues.
The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) and electric radiators for the winter months.
WE OFFER WEEKLY AND/OR MONTHLY STAYS DEPENDING ON SEASON AND OCCUPANCY.
THE MINIMUM STAY DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS IS 7 NIGHTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
THE REST OF THE YEAR THE MINIMUM STAY IS 4 NIGHTS.
